New Security Feature:
In an effort to better secure and protect sensitive financial information about your accounts, Indiana Business Bank will be implementing a multi factor authentication system when logging into Online Banking. Beginning June 6 you will see some changes starting to be implemented to the login process for both Personal and Business Online Banking. This new feature is the result of the bank’s continuing effort to ensure our customer information remains secure and private.
The login page has been split into two separate pages as part of a new security feature. The access ID is entered on the left. Click LOGIN and the password verification is on the next page. Click SUBMIT to be logged in to your accounts.

Both your Access ID and Password are CaSe sensitive.
Access is restricted to authorized users with pre-assigned IDs. To maintain safe and secure banking, be sure to use the most updated browser with 128 bit encryption. - Personal Online Banking requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher or Netscape 6.1 or higher.

Indiana Business Bank will never request your Access ID and Password when sending an email to your email address.
